What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. If you need different times, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer breakfast?

Yes! A continental breakfast is available for preorder - perfect for fueling your adventure, with early service available for Timber Trail riders. Click the link for all the details.

Do you have kitchen facilities?

We offer that basics, a toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and microwave. Life is too full of adventures to spend time cooking!

Can you arrange shuttles for the Timber Trail?

Absolutely — we work with trusted local providers and can coordinate pickup and drop-off for your ride. (and we are seconds away from the base)

Do you have secure bike storage?

Yes, we have safe, lockable storage and bike washing facilities on site.

Can I charge my e-bike?

Yes, we have e-bike charging available for guests.

Do you offer dinner or pre-packed lunches?

We don't provide packed lunches for your ride but we can recommend options on your way here to collect. Dinner options are available nearby; we’re happy to make recommendations, or pick up and use our reheating facilities.

Is Wi-Fi Available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is included.

Plenty! Our region offers world-class outdoor experiences, heritage sites, and peaceful country escapes. We have all the tips and can make arrangements for you if required.
